Fatal Road Accident Information

One case was reported on 17/1/08 at 23:30 hrs. The complainant Arun Baburao Shitole of Sadalga given a complaint that in this case died accused Vivek Dattatrey Mali of Nej now at Chikodi drove his M/C No.MH-09/AP-6903 with rash and negligence manner and made accident by hitting his M/C to tree of Sadalga limits, Nej-Nagaral road. The pillion rider Veena D/o Anand Chougala of Khavatkoppa now at Chikodi was died at spot and accused Vivek mali was also died while moving to Sadalga hospital.
In this conection a case was reported in Sadalga PS Cr.No. 9/08 u/s 279 304(a) IPC
