Today on 02/01/2008 at about 1945 hrs Accused Sunil Maruti Halijole R/o Karoshi village of Chikodi taluka was found near Karoshi Bus stand while he sold arrack to public without having any license and permit for his own profit. Regarding this the case has been registered in Chikodi P.S.Cr.No.04/2008, u/s 32, 34 K.Ex Act. 1965 and Seized 33 arrack quarter bottles. value of W/Rs 1250/- from the accused person
