In this conection a case is registered Nippani Town P S Cr No 05/08 u/s 36(B) Karnataka Excise Act 1965.

Today on 12/01/2008 at about 1430 hrs Complainant Sunil Tulasiram Bhosle of Anjani Nagewadi Tq: Tasgaon. has lodged his written complaint in Nippani Town P.S That. . . . . .
On 12/01/2008 at about 1300 Hrs Deepak Shivayogi of Puna driver of the Maruti Shift car No. MH-12/DS-8419 was driving Rashly and Negligence and dashed to the motor cycle, caused spot death of Sanjay Kadam of Narasewadi who was going in front of curve Gavani cross, and caused grievous injury to anther person who was sitting behind of motor cycle.
In this regard a case is registered in Nippani Town Police Station Cr No. 06/2008 U/s 279, 337, 338, 304(A) IPC

On 12/01/2008 at about 1200 Hrs Shiddappa Dasharath Jadhav of Ainapur driver of the M/C No. KA-23/U-7536 was driving Rashly and Negligence and fallen. Caused spot death of his sister Kumari @ Shanta Balavant Kadam who was sitting behind of motorcycle.
In this regard a case is registered in Kagawad Police Station Cr No. 08/2008 U/s 279, 304(A) IPC
