Today on 01/01/2008 at about 1000 Hrs Smt. Neelavva Ramu Vathare R/o Chinchani, Tal: Chikodi has lodged her written complaint in Chikodi P.S as below.
Yesterday on 31/12/2007 at about 2330 hrs Near Chikodi Chousan hill on Chikodi Nippani road the Accused Suraj Sadashiv Halijole of Kuppanwadi had drove his motor cycle no. KA-23-Q-5147 in rash and negligent manner, endangering to human life. By carrying to Ajit Ramu Vathare 22 Years of Chinchani and Mahesh Maruti Halijole of Kuppanwadi as a pillion riders and hit his motor cycle to mile stone, made fall down to motor cycle and caused spot death of Ajit Ramu Vathare 22 years and grevious injuries to Mahesh Maruti Halijole and also got injuries himself.
Regarding this the case has been registered in Chikodi P.S.Cr.No. 02/08, u/s 279, 337, 338, 304(A) IPC.

Today on 01/01/2008 at about 1330 Hrs Shri. Ramesh Rudrappa Itekar, of Kadapur Tal: Chikodi has lodged his written complaint in Nippani Rural P S as below.
Yesterday on 31/12/2007 at about 1030 hrs accused Annasaheb Maruti Walake of Khadakalat Tq: Chikodi, has drive his Trax No: MH-11/G-5322 in over speed and negligence manner & dashed to the Shrinivas Rudrappa Itekar of Kadapur now/at Khadakalat was standing doshi high school Bus stop at Khadakalat & Make grievous injury to him. Dou to the grievous injury he was admitted for more treatment to Kolhapur C.P.R Hospital & he was died under treatment on 31/12/2007 at 2130 hrs.
In this regarding the case has been registered in Nippani Rural P.S.Cr.No. 02/08, u/s 279, 304(A) IPC.
