In Chikodi P.S.Cr.No. 02/08, u/s 279, 338, IPC. Was registered on 05/01/2008 at about 1230 Hrs.
on 01/01/2008 at about 1600 hrs Near Chikodi Sugar factory cross on Chikodi Miraj road, an unknown tractor driver drove his tractor in rash and negligent manner, endangering to human life. And dashed to motor cycle no. MH-10-2079 caused grievous injuried Satyaprakash Devakinandan Bansal R/o Miraj and ran away along with his tractor without intimation fact to the police station.
Injured Satyaprakash Devakinandan Bansal R/o Miraj had been died on 03/01/2008 at about 2100 hrs at Saraswati hospital kolhapur. Regarding this we have received message today on 07/01/2008 at about 1630 hrs by post from PSHO Laxmipuri police station Kolhapur. And add Section 304(A) IPC.

Today on 07/01/2008 at about 0100 hrs Complainant Shri. Vithal Khandappa Sugate of Shahapur N/A Bijapur has lodged his written complaint in Aigali P.S That. . . . . .
On 06/01/2008 at about 2200 Hrs Near Artal cross on Bijapur Athani Road an Accused driver of R.R Bus No. KA-23-9154 had drove his bus in a rash and negligent manner endangering to human life and dashed to Bajaj M-80 motor cycle no. KA-28-K-8462 caused grevious injuries and spot death of Durgappa Ramanna Meengar Aged 22 years and Muttanna Ajjappa Meengar aged 28 years both are of Bijapur Hanuman nagar and ran away from his vehicle without intimating about accident to the police.
Regarding this the case has been registered in Aigali P.S Cr.No. 06/08 u/s 279, 304(A) IPC. And 134 R/w 187 M.V Act.
