Today on 09/01/2008 at about 1350 hrs in Chikodi town Accused Basirahammad Sultan Arkate 53 years of Mehaboob nagar Chikodi was found while he playing O.C Matka gambling and illegally sold Maharashtra state lottery tickets to the public at his own residence. And sized below mentioned articles from his custody.

2) the rate of 10 R.s Mumbai laxmi, Janalaxmi, Bhagyalaxmi, Shrilaxmi, Puujalaxmi lottery ticikets 300 w/rs 3000=00
3) the rate of 5 R.s Akshay, Vaibhavlaxmi, Padmini, Sagarlaxmi, Pushkraj, Maharashtra laxmi lotteries lottery ticikets w/rs 705=00

Total amount of said lottery tickets is 3825=00/- Rs

These articles have been seized from accused No. 1,
and he told at the time of interrogation that he send the O.C Numbers and collected amount of the O.C and also collected amount by sale of lottery tickets to the accused No. 2) Virupakshi Baburao Dharmoji R/o Nanadi and accused No. 3) Shankar Pawar of Inchalkaranji

On 08/01/2008 at about 1500 Hrs Ainapur village limits near Ainapur Bridge the accused person was drive his Mini Truck No. KA-02/7092 rashly and neglegencly and dashed to mentioned Two persons Name 1) Bharat Balasab Ingale and 2) Sachin Vilas Sokande both of dead on the spot and ran away from his vehicle without intimating about accident to the police.
Regarding this the case has been registered in Kagawad P.S Cr.No. 05/08 u/s 279, 304(A) 338 IPC. And 134 R/w 187 M.V Act.

M/C No. KA-23/H-6447 the driver, name and address not known.was drive his M/C No KA-23/H-6447 rashly and neglegencly and dashed to Driver of M/C No KA-23/K-2429 caused grievous Injured Datatreya RaghunAth Khot & spot death. Another one sitting behind of M/C Ateef Yasheen Bepari of Jugul age 8 Yrs. grievously injured & also self injured.
