On 05/01/2008 at about 2330 Hrs drive of the Jeep No. KA28/M-3761 (Name & Address not known) was driving Rashly and Neglygencly on the road Kagwad to Athani. At the same time M/c infront of his Jeep the M/c No. KA-23/J-6217 to dashed the M/c driver name Raju @ Dattatre S/o Appasab Salunke was grivious ijured then he was admitted Sangli civil Hospital he was dead in his traitment on date 6-1-2008 at Morning.
In this regard the case has registered in Kagwad Police Station Cr No. 07/2008 U/s 279,304(A) IPC & 134 R/w 187 M.V.Act.
