On 30/10/2007 at about 1400 hrs Shri. Mallappa Basalingappa Nagarmunolli R/o Rajeev nagar Chikodi has lodged their written complaint in Chikodi P.S as below.
On 30/10/2007 between 1145 hrs to 1200 hrs unknown culprits gained entry into complainants house by breaking door lock and committed theft of 2 tola 4 gm gold w/rs 23,500/-
Regarding this the case had been registered in Chikodi P.S.Cr.No. 325/07, u/s 454, 380 IPC and took up investigation
During the investigation of this case, today on 22/02/2008 at about 0420 hrs accused Ajit Rama Malage of Galataga, Tal: Chikodi has been found at Chikodi Bus stand and arrested in this Case. And below mentioned golden ornaments and televisions are seized by him.

1) 1 ½ tola golden neck chain one
2) 5 gm golden ear flower one pair (two) with chain
3) 4 gm golden ear flower one pair (two)
4) 2 ½ tola golden gantan mangalasutra one
5) 7 gm golden neck chain one
6) Black and white televisions two

Total amount W. Rs. 70,000/-
