Road Accidents (Fatal): 2

• A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Chikodi Police Station. On 02/02/2008 at 0300 hrs Smt. Kallavva Devappa Bagadi of Gandhi Nagar Kolhapur has lodged their written complaint in Chikodi P.S as below. On 01/02/2008 at about 2000 hrs, Deceased accused person drove his Motor Cycle No: M.H.09/AY-3340 by carrying his son and daughter in a rash and negligent manner dashed to Tractor Trailer which was parked side of Chikodi Nipani Road at Kuthali Village limits. Caused simple injuries to his daughter Kumari Puja aged 5 yrs and spot death of his son Devadas aged 3 yrs and also got grievous injuries he and died at the spot Regarding this, the Case has been registered in Chikodi P.S.Cr.No. 51/08, u/s 279, 304(A) 337 IPC.
• A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Sadalaga Police Station. On 02/02/08 at 14:30 hrs, the complainant Smt. Sangeeta Vinod Kulkarni of Kardaga now at Boragaon given a complaint that in this case accused the driver of KSRTC bus No. KA-23/F-114 drive his bus with rash and negligent manner and made accident to complainants husband Vinod Vamanrao Kulkarni and made cause of death near Karnatak Co-Op Process Factory, Boragaon at 11:15 hrs while bus was going from Boragaon to Ichalkaranji where as the complainants husband was coming from Ichalkaranji to Boragaon by his m/c No. MH-09/F-7450.

• On 01-02-2008 the complainant the Parappa Tukaram Kamble. Aged about 55 years, appeared at the Police Station Kagwad and lorged his written complainant to the effect that on 26-1-2008 at night the Dau’ther of the complainant by name Smt:Bharat Ajeet Kamble. Aged 22 years of Kempawad village she is sleeping in the night to gather with the her husband ofter night meals she is went away her house at the night time her husband morning getup from the bed he known that she was missing her wofe night time and all relative of the husband searched for the missing the Bharat thus she is not trased out till today. Descriptions: Smt: Bharat Ajeet Kamble. Age 22 Years, of Kempawad. Hight: 4’-9”, Long face, Black Hiar, Polister saari and Blwose, Speeking Kannada, Marathi.
