Road Accidents (Fatal): 01

• A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Aigali Police Station on 11/02/08 at 2100 Hrs in Athani-Badachi road Badachi limits, Accused Narayan Shrimant Salunke of Yalihadalagi Tq: Athani Driver of Motor cycle bearing Chessi No. 07K05C6400 was drove rash and negligent manner, dashed to Maning Shivappa Telasang of BAdachi who was coming Badachi to Athani road in his bicycle, and accused was injured self grievously and died in spot. In this regarding a case is Registered Aigali Police Station Crime No. 18/08

• On 12/02/2008 at about 1500 hrs Complainant Shri. S. G. Ichangimath CPI Nippani, PSI Nippani Town P.S & his staff has raid in Nippani town limits Shahu Nagar cross. Accused Harik Hajarat Mulla aged 25 years of Nippani was arrested.
  Below mentioned property were seized during the raid
  1) 2 kg, 610 gms weighted Hashish W. Rs. 2,61,000/-
  2) Bajaj Pulsar Motor cycle No. KA-23/S-5682 W. Rs. 50,000/-
  3) Mobile hand set Seas am company W. Rs. 1500/-
  4) Black colour raxin bag one W. Rs. 50/-
  In this regard a Case has been registered in Nippani Town P.S.Cr.No. 18/08, u/s 21, 22 NDPS Act. 1985
