Today on 27/12/2007 Comaplainant Shri. Sachin Ramappa Chougule R/o Bedkihal N/A Bendwad, Tal: Raibag has lodged his written complaint at Chikodi police station as below.
Today on 27/12/2007 at about 1730 hrs in Hirekudi village limits on chikodi examba road the accused person drove his mahindra jeep No. MEC-7838 from examba towards chikodi in a rash and negligent manner endangering to human life and dashed to Bajaj CT motor cycle no. KA-23-U-2584 which had been came from apposite side. caused grevious injuries and spot death of motor cycle rider Ramappa Shankar Chougale age 45 years and pillion rider Ravsab Laxman Suryavanshi age 28 years both are of Bedkihal N/A Bendwad. And ran away from his jeep without intimating to police station. Regarding this the case has been registered in chikodi P.S.Cr.No. 380/07, U/s 279, 304(A) IPC and 134 R/w 187 M.V Act
