Today on 31/12/2007 at about 1230 Hrs Shri. Suresh Bhimappa Padadale R/o Kadapur is lodged his written complaint in Chikodi P.S as below.
Today on 31/12/2007 at about 1030 hrs in Kadapur village limits on Kadapur Kerur road the Accused driver of Trax No. KA-23-M-3253 has drove his vehicle in rash and negligent manner, endangering to human life. Dashed to motor cycle No. KA-23-R-8189 of complainant`s father Bhimappa Annappa Padadale age 51 years which was came from apposite side. And caused grevious injruies and spot death of Bhimappa Annappa Padadale 51 years R/o Kadapur village of Chikodi Taluka.
Regarding this case has been registered in Chikodi P.S.Cr.No. 381/07, u/s 279, 304(A) IPC and 134 R/w 187 M.V Act.
